The programme that pays for itself

Held rates, guaranteed upgrades when the tower allows, and a phone line that skips the queue. Three tiers, one idea: returning guests should be treated like it.

The service

Membership at a desk, not a chain

Hotel loyalty schemes reward spend. Ours rewards coming back. Resident is free and starts with held member rates; Insider adds a guaranteed upgrade at booking and the spa circuit; Black adds salon hosting, two chauffeur transfers and a direct line.

The numbers work quickly: Insider costs $190 a year, and one upgrade alone usually covers it. Black suits guests who stay monthly or host clients.

What's inside

Three things you'll notice

Held member rates

Member pricing sits under the public rate year-round, including dates the booking sites surge.

Upgrades that stick

Insider and Black members are upgraded at booking time, not at the mercy of check-in roulette.

The direct line

Black members reach a named coordinator around the clock. The queue simply doesn't exist at that tier.

How it works

Four steps, handled

Join free at Resident, or choose Insider or Black and pay the annual fee.

Your membership tags every booking we make — rates, upgrades and credits apply automatically.

Stay as usual. Benefits trigger without cards, codes or apps.

Renew annually. Two years at Insider converts to a Black review automatically.
