We take requests other desks pass on: dawn fish-market tours with a chef, last-minute Opera House stalls, a specific bottle flown up from the Barossa for Saturday. Say the thing; we'll tell you honestly whether it can be done.

A week is comfortable for most things; NYE and Grand Final weekend need months. Same-day miracles happen — ask anyway.

Often, through release holds and returned allocations. If it's genuinely gone, we say so and suggest something better.

Not for guests booked through us. Non-residents pay a planning fee on complex itineraries, quoted before any work starts.
